New description:

 The current version of {{{py-twill}}} 3.2.1 only supports Python 3.8 and
 newer, while requiring a different set of dependencies. Python 3.x support
 was added for version 2.0 April 4, 2020.

 The currently available port is version 1.8.0 only supports Python 2.7 is
 from April 23, 2014. As the current port depends on now removed Python 2.7
 packages, it has been marked obsolete.
