 Thanks for the log, Kenneth. The problem you see is probably the same as
 the one the original reporter saw:

 Here's the upstream bug report:

 It is specific to Apple Silicon systems, which the original reporter was
 also using.

 I'll backport the fix since there has not been a new dia release:
