 @tenomoto, dynamic allocation was a workaround to avoid the large memory
 condition that triggered the original problem.  It is not necessarily the
 complete solution.  If dynamic allocation is not practical in your case,
 then you need to look deeper into the actual error condition.  I can not
 be of much more help because I don't understand how the linker works with
 Mac SDK's.
