 Why are you trying to build {{{py37-pikepdf @7.0.0_0}}}?

 {{{py37-pikepdf}}} is no longer supported upstream. Hence, it is pinned to
 version {{{6.2.9}}}.

 I would prefer to remove it altogether, but {{{py37-cairocffi}}} and
 {{{py37-cairosvg}}} still depend on it.
