Comment:

 Unfortunately, rebuilding {{{certbot}}} against {{{py-cryptography}}} does
 not fix this. Until {{{certbot}}} supports the rust based version of
 {{{py-cryptography}}}, this will be the case.

 There are two solutions:

  1) re-activate {{{py310-cryptography @38.0.3_0}}}

  2) ask the maintainer to create {{{py310-cryptography38}}}
