 Hi,

 After updating to curl @7.87.0, curl cannot make https requests, the
 output is: Internal SSL engine error encountered during the SSL handshake.

 By searching and bisecting the curl source code, this issue has been
 reported to the upstream: https://github.com/curl/curl/issues/10227 and
 fixed in https://github.com/curl/curl/commit/16bb32e1.

 This fix has been released to 7.88, so I would like to request an update
 to curl ASAP.
