 The kokkos port doesn't do anything special; it just installs the software
 provided by the developers of kokkos. The files won't conflict with
 anything else since they are prefixed with the project's name. If you
 think they should go in a subdirectory instead, which is a valid
 suggestion, make the suggestion to the developers of kokkos. We don't want
 to ship a different kokkos than everybody else does.
