New description:

After upgrading to MaxOS 13.2.1 (22D68) and reinstalling all the ports
resulted in libressl rather than openssl3 being the active SSL and p5.34
-net-ssleay failed to build with the headers installed in
/opt/local/include/openssl. I addressed this by uninstalling libressl and
 reinstalling openssl3.

 I was following wiki:Migration

Comment (by ryandesign):

In that list of ports, ldns is one that has a +libressl variant, but
+openssl is the default variant, so libressl shouldn't be used unless
 you've requested that variant.
