 You are intended to specify the name of the port whose directory you wish
 to clean. For example, to clean the libjpeg-turbo port, you would run
 {{{
 sudo port clean libjpeg-turbo
 }}}
 That will not help in your situation however, because it is intended to
 guard against problems that occur when a failed build is repeated without
 cleaning, but your build did not fail.
