 minetest _arm64_ support depends on "irrlichtmt" if correct

 Q: Could "minetest" just add _arm64_ to new Portfile as "irrlichtmt" does
 support _arm64_ already?

 Q: Would this be reasonable although maintainer (me) doesn't have access
 to _arm64_ hw ?
