 I am unable to build py311-h5py. I get:

 ERROR Missing dependencies:
         oldest-supported-numpy
 }}}

 Strangely, this seems to be a bug in PIP which is supposedly fixed in pip
 22.1. py311-pip @ 22.3.1 is installed and active.

 MacPorts 2.8.0 running on Ventura (Apple M1).
 One possibility would be to patch pyproject.toml to remove the "oldest-
 supported-numpy" line, but I don't know if it is the right way.
