 py38-numpy fails to build on my 32-bit-only CoreDuo "Yonah" MacBook under
 Mac OS X 10.6.8.
 This time it says "No long double representation defined."
 Please see attached log.

 If it's not one thing, it's another.
 This has become a chronic problem that has me wanting to ditch Python
 altogether if that's even possible.
