 Scribus-devel (besides the warning that it is known to fail) says it
 requires Qt 5.14 or newer. I only find Qt 5 up to .13 available in the
 repository.

 They say Scribus is available as a HomeBrew cask but I really don't want
 to have to go THAT route.
