 When you are in the Installer, you can choose Installer Log from the
 Window menu. You can click the Save button at the top right of the
 toolbar, or choose Save… from the File menu, to save it to disk. At least
 that's how it looks in Catalina; it's possible Apple redesigned it by
 Ventura.
