New description:

 I am trying to install qt5-qtbase on my Mac running with M1 chip on
 Ventura 13.1 but I am getting the following errors. I was trying to search
 existing tickets and apply found possible solutions ( specificly related
 with SDK ) with no success.

 Please see attached main.log which and main-make.log which contains actual
 output from make command mentioned in main.log.
