Comment:

 If support for `IP_RECVOS` and `IP_PKTINFO` is implemented at the kernel
 level, it may not be possible. That said, I'm not familiar with these, so
 can't speak to feasibility without more research.

 So a better approach might be to look at the upstream project(s), to see
 if there's a way to work around the requirement for these.

 Anyone else... thoughts?
