 This is due to [https://ports.macports.org/port/qemu/details/ QEMU v8
 (currently 8.0.2)]. I have reverted to [https://github.com/macports
 /macports-
 ports/blob/6706bcdbf0e09c871eb65bfd6f2e2e1a00938f41/emulators/qemu/Portfile
 QEMU v7 (7.1.0)] and everything works fine again.
