 In https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/18775, 2023 May 26,
 port hdf5 switched from szip to libaec.  That may also be necessary and
 desirable for hdfeos5.  Libaec is an open source replacement for libsz,
 with a less restrictive open source license.
