 I cloned the Macports {{{macports-ports}}} tree, applied the necessary
 patches to {{{lang/otcl/Portfile}}}, and tried to build (and hopefully
 install) the otcl port. I'm getting this stupid error, which I totally
 don't understand:

 $ pwd
 /Users/ur20980/src/macports-ports/lang/otcl
 $ sudo port install
 Error: Unable to execute port: Could not open file: /Users/ur20980/src
 /macports-ports/lang/otcl/Portfile
 $ sudo port -v install
 Error: Unable to execute port: Could not open file: /Users/ur20980/src
 /macports-ports/lang/otcl/Portfile
 $ ll -@ /Users/ur20980/src/macports-ports/lang/otcl/Portfile

 What am I doing wrong, or what stymies {{{port}}} executable???
