Comment (by neverpanic):

 The buildbot didn't build this update (potentially with an older Xcode
 installed on the buildbots) because the delivery of the GitHub webhook to
 the build servers failed. I've re-delivered them now, and the build is
 running at https://build.macports.org/builders/ports-
 13_x86_64-watcher/builds/7777. If we're lucky, this will produce binaries
 that work, and everybody can install those for now (but that doesn't solve
 the original problem, which seems to be compiler-related).
