 Xcode 14.3.1
 Build version 14E300c
 }}}
 I suppose one way to handle this would be to avoid use of `-fzero-call-
 used-regs=all` if buggy clang versions are detected. However, this is not
 great as you'd lose the anti-ROPchain-gadget protection zero-call-used-
 regs provides.
