 Marcus, here the the output of the command:

 To be honest, I am a little baffled.  I see that the buildbot was able to
 build `rust` version 1.70.0_0 built just fine on High Sierra.  There must
 be something else going on with my Mac causing the build to fail when
 using the default `clang-10` compiler on High Sierra.
