 I am unable to upgrade `Python310` on my old Mac Running Lion.  `ERROR --
 No such file or directory: '/opt/local/include/cblas_openblas.h'`

 I do have OpenBLAS installed but an old version.  When I try to upgrade
 OpenBLAS, it first tries to upgrade Python310 (which of course fails!).
 Looks like I am in dependency hell.
