 Unless there's a benefit to using this build flag which I'm not aware of,
 **--enable-internal-stats** should not be used as it causes libvpx (and
 thus **ffmpeg**) to create a file called "opsnr.stt" with every .webm that
 is created. This file can be deleted afterward by the user, but it's a
 nuisance which contains no useful information for a typical end user.
