 Yeah, BW appears to have neglected this software. Its web page still lists
 that now-nonexistent repository as the place to get the source. The last
 release was in 2010. The blog was last updated in 2010. The main web page
 doesn't mention this software or the blog and was last updated in 2016
 which is when, according to his Twitter, he started working at Apple. That
 probably keeps him pretty busy.

 We should probably just delete this port and the one port that depends on
 it.
