 The restund homepage is gone. (The hostname does not resolve.)

 Maybe the port should be switched to a fork.

 There is a fork with updates to 0.4.17 here:
 https://github.com/wireapp/restund

 and a fork of that fork (though with only a further 0.6.0 release
 candidate) here: https://github.com/baresip/restund

 We are already using the baresip fork of libre in MacPorts since 2021;
 restund depends on libre so maybe it makes sense to use the baresip fork
 of restund as well. Probably we want to [ticket:67213 update libre] first.
