#67036: Port tries to install Python 3.11 for no use

 without `Python 3.11` this `port` is nevertheless installed. When I ask
 which `port` might depend on it (`port echo dependentof:python311`) I get
 an empty line and I can easily uninstall that useless package. Why is
 `port` unable to work correctly?
