Comment:

 Eigen only uses boost for benchmarking, which we don’t do.

 FFTW interface is optional and unsupported, and is a compile-time (for the
 program using eigen3, which itself is a header-only “library”) option,
 which is after-the-fact from eigen3’s installation process.
