 `autopoint` is just one of several commands that `autoreconf` will run if
 (and only if) the `configure.ac` calls for it. Others include
 `intltoolize` and `gtkdocize`. Rather than all ports using autoconf being
 required to have gettext installed, it should be added to `depends_build`
 by the ports that actually need it, just as intltool and gtk-doc are.
