 why cat2html was failing and fixed it].

 But ManOpen, by default, won't work on Ventura due to the removal of
 nroff. In order for it to work, you'd have to either:

 1. Point ManOpen to the path of MacPorts' nroff.
 1. Use mandoc.

 And yes, this does include nickzman's fork.
