 need to make sure that all the R-* ports set the same configure.compiler
 as R itself.

 Everything works conditional on consistent Macports settings. `R` revbump
 solves the problem, CI now pass. I will add a note into clang_compilers to
 revbump `R` port if settings there are changed again. Then we would not
 run into breaking a 1000+ ports.
