 Then install the boost176 port with the +python311 variant. That is now
 [changeset:4e4fb49498dda0d7998cdada65d7b5e86e1941b7/macports-ports its
 default variant] so you can also just reinstall the port without
 specifying a variant. (`sudo port install boost176`)
