 I'm building with scripts and/or Qt Creator, and have a qmake setting to
 the one you are referring to : {{{ QMAKE_MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET = 10.15
 }}}

 As for Qt installation, I simply did a {{{ sudo port install qt5 }}}, then
 a {{{ sudo port install qt5-qtwebengine }}}
