Comment:

 I'll test locally, both with and without a case-sensitive filesystem.

 In the interim, you can install our published binary, unless you're only
 interested in building from source:

 {{{
 $ sudo port -b install libheif
 }}}

 Binary installation is the default anyway, but here we're forcing it to
 avoid a source build.
