 As of this writing, it appears that it has been built for 12_arm64.
 However, the sources haven't been mirrored yet:

 https://ports.macports.org/port/qbs/builds/

 Bear in mind that we had an update for `icu` on Friday evening, which
 required rebuilding 100+ dependent ports. And the buildbots are still
 chugging through all of those.

 But binaries will ultimately be published, and source too, once they catch
 up. Check again in 24-48 hours.
