 I agree there is a build failure but the log isn't very clear about what
 it thinks the problem is.

 Do you really need the mysql5 port? [ticket:43431 It is obsolete] and
 shouldn't be used anymore. If you need this ancient version of mysql, use
 the mysql51 port. Otherwise, use a newer mysql port, like mysql55,
 mysql56, mysql57, or mysql8.
