 Thanks @artkiver for the explanation. I can use the `/usr/bin/ssh` or a
 "conda" installed ssh for now. I see the Apple version in macOS 13.3.1 (a)
 is linked to LibreSSL, as you mentioned `OpenSSH_9.0p1, LibreSSL 3.3.6`
 but is a slightly older version of OpenSSH.
