 #67488 has the same problem. Is it necessary to try building more than
 once or twice? The environment in which I try to upgrade changes from try
 to try because `gtk3` (depending on `libxkbcommon/libxkbcommon-x11 `) and
 `poppler` do not upgrade, so I have to reset the version number or remove
 lines inside their `Portfile`s…
