 Hmm, you're right, `port rdeps` does seem to include test dependencies,
 but those would only be used when running `port test`. When I look at only
 build, library, and runtime dependencies, I don't see R-BiocStyle in the
 rdeps of R-bookdown, so now I'm not sure what the problem is.

 Next time you encounter the problem, please attach the main.log file,
 which should contain information about which dependencies were processed
 first.
