 This error was unrelated to #67528 (happening on the CI server vs
 locally). When I logged onto the CI server, the file could not be deleted,
 even when doing `sudo rm`. Uninstalling and cleaning the port clears it
 away, but it means that I'm having to uninstall and clean the ports where
 this happens, in case it happens.
