 gpick 0.3 and later require lua-c++ which doesn't appear to be in MacPorts
 yet.

 It sounds like lua will create lua-c++ if it is compiled with a C++
 compiler rather than a C compiler, however it wasn't clear to me whether
 doing this would cause problems for those that want the C version, not the
 C++ version.

 Not sure if this would be a separate set of ports or integrated into the
 existing lua54, lua53, etc. ports.
