 John Owens : read carefully the main.log file, you may be able to pinpoint
 the primary cause of failure. The 40 last lines of your main.log are
 obviously informing you that something went wrong before, but the real
 culprit is mentioned before. Who knows ? Something like :

 {{{
 duplicate LC_RPATH '/opt/local/lib/libgcc' in
 '/opt/local/lib/libopenblas-r1.dylib'
 }}}

 may be the culprit.
