from automatic fetch or insure master_site priority

 host ema.uk.distfiles.macports.org
 Host ema.uk.distfiles.macports.org not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
 This causes crashes for installing dist. files

 Q: why when setting a master_sites in a port file this is NOT the first
 site used rather the macports automatic list.
