 I think the solution is either

 1.  patching the source; or,
 2.  adding statments to the Portfile creating symlinks from the
 executables in the `github.com/FiloSottile/age` package to
 `/opt/local/lib/go/src/filippo.io/age` and
 `/opt/local/lib/go/src/filippo.io/age/armor`

 Thoughts?
