 It doesn't look like ema.uk is causing any more problems for you than
 every other mirror that doesn't have the file. I assume codeberg is where
 it's hosted, so you'll need to figure out why fetching from there is
 failing (error code will be in the log).

 To save a little time when developing new ports, you can skip all the
 MacPorts mirrors when fetching by using the `--no-mirrors` option to `port
 fetch`.
