 Ken didn't quote one of the relevant lines:

 :warn:clean The Xcode Command Line Tools package appears to be installed,
 but its receipt appears to be missing.
 }}}
 `none` is the CLT version that is detected, because finding the version
 (for MacPorts as well as Software Update) relies on the receipt existing.
