 Please try the following:

 sudo port clean qgis3
 sudo port selfupdate
 sudo port upgrade outdated
 sudo port install qgis3
 }}}
 If the installation fails again, attach the {{{main.log}}} file.

 (And please avoid posting such a long log "in-page", as in comment 5).
