Comment:

 I noticed all the other bootstrap ports (xz-bootstrap, gcc10-bootstrap,
 etc, etc) all have notes like this one used to have, so for consistency I
 guess those ports should all remove their usage notes too.

 Although figuring out how to use them might be hard, unless they are all
 left as comments in the portfiles...
