 Kirill, thanks for pursuing this! I can confirm
 https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/20338 AND rebuild of
 {{{qt5-qtwebkit}}} get QGIS working again.
 I believe you should (and should have) rev-bump the {{{leveldb}}}
 dependants to force them to rebuild.
