 Installing ncurses on macOS breaks the build for ports that use module-
 based builds. macports-module-map works around this by introducing its own
 modulemap. Rather than having every module-based port depend on macports-
 module-map, I think it would be appropriate for ncurses to depend on it
 since installing it will silently break the builds of other ports.
